By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers. All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused services unless required by law.
You are responsible for any damage to vehicles or equipment that occurs while in your possession, unless caused by pre-existing defects that were properly reported. We reserve the right to charge repair or replacement costs for damaged equipment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, jolly-dune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.
